I have had palmar & plantar psoriasis for the last 5 yrs. For the last year and a half, my hands have been severely affected. My feet have been severely affected for the last 6 months.

I am a 37 year old woman and I was diagnosed with Lupus over a decade ago. Although most of my symptoms are joint related I do from time to time get a butterfly rash which is not raised and usually flares for a few minutes and then subsidies.
